A note from Jack / 2026 outlook
Our objective is not acceleration for its own sake, but measured progression.
At GlobalTech Horizons Asia (GTH-Asia), our role is evolving as we enter 2026. After a deliberate preparation phase, we are moving into a more active execution cycle across Southeast Asia, guided by discipline, structure and long-term alignment.
Throughout 2025 our focus was readiness, not rapid expansion: stronger governance frameworks, validated operating partners and clear execution visibility in key markets. That groundwork lets us engage more confidently and selectively with structured capital opportunities tied to real-economy activity.
A key part of this is our country-level presence. GlobalTech Horizons Thailand focuses on asset-linked and property-supported structures, working with local counterparts on feasibility, collateral integrity and execution. GlobalTech Horizons Philippines supports operating-backed and SME-linked engagements, with emphasis on cashflow visibility, partner capability and execution oversight.
Together, these keep GTH-Asia close to market realities while a central regional framework handles mandate evaluation, risk oversight and capital structuring.
Looking ahead, our objective is not acceleration for its own sake, but measured progression. We are open to evaluating structured capital opportunities at greater scale where quality, alignment and execution readiness are clearly established. Engagements stay selective and private, consistent with our mandate-based model.
Trust, collaboration and a long-term perspective remain central. Sustainable outcomes in private capital are built through patience, clarity and disciplined execution.
