A Message from GTH-Asia
Regional Director: Jack Yang

At GlobalTech Horizons Asia (GTH-Asia), our role is evolving as we enter 2026. Having completed a deliberate preparation phase, the platform is now positioned to progress into a more active execution cycle across Southeast Asia, guided by discipline, structure, and long-term alignment.

Throughout 2025, our focus was not on rapid expansion, but on readiness. This included strengthening governance frameworks, validating operating partners, and building execution visibility across key markets. As we move into 2026, that groundwork allows us to engage more confidently and selectively with structured capital opportunities aligned with real-economy activity.

A key part of this transition is our country-level operating presence in Thailand and the Philippines.

Through GlobalTech Horizons Thailand, our efforts are focused on asset-linked and property-supported structures, working closely with local counterparts to assess feasibility, collateral integrity, and execution considerations within the Thai market. This operating presence supports disciplined evaluation and on-the-ground alignment for asset-backed initiatives.

In parallel, GlobalTech Horizons Philippines supports operating-backed and SME-linked engagements, with emphasis on cashflow visibility, partner capability, and execution oversight. The Philippines remains a market where operational understanding and alignment are critical to sustainable outcomes, and our presence reflects that priority.

Together, these country-level activities allow GTH-Asia to remain close to market realities while maintaining a centralised regional framework for mandate evaluation, risk oversight, and capital structuring.

Looking ahead to 2026, our objective is not acceleration for its own sake, but measured progression. We are open to evaluating structured capital opportunities at greater scale, where quality, alignment, and execution readiness are clearly established. Engagements continue to be approached selectively and privately, consistent with our mandate-based model.

As the platform advances, trust, collaboration, and long-term perspective remain central to how we operate. We believe that sustainable outcomes in private capital are built through patience, clarity, and disciplined execution principles that will continue to guide GTH-Asia in the year ahead.
